My Z palette is pretty much my child, I adore customisable palettes, as you can create a palette tailored to you! You can literally love every shade, because you picked it! Although customisable palettes can be pricey, I think there’s a lot on the market, it’s just knowing where to invest and where to save! So, what’s inside my Z palette…
My Z palette is a mixture of MAC eyeshadow pans and Make Up Geek Eyeshadow pans. However over the past few months I’ve been obsession over Make Up Geek and just how amazing their quality and affordability is!

Focussing on the favourites..
I thought I’d share some of my favourite eyeshadows, as obviously this is something that will forever change and talking about every single eyeshadow is most likely to be a little bit tedious! First up we’ve got Bitten (MUG) this shade looks so amazing paired with orange and purple hues and it’s sort of sitting on the fence of being orange or purple. I use it as an all over lid colour, mostly on nights out as it’s quite dark and intense when it’s patted onto the eyelid, the formula is creamy, long wearing and so easy to blend!
Now onto a shade that I adore pairing Bitten with, it’s Cherry Cola (MUG) this is a fairly new shadow to my palette, however I had been contemplating buying it for a while. I’d consider Cherry Cola matte, however in some aspects it does have a very faint shimmer running through it. I still use this as a crease colour anyhow. I genuinely cannot fault any of the Make Up Geek eyeshadows as of yet, the texture of them is outstanding and the price of around £4 per eyeshadow pan is more than worth it!
Coppering (MAC) is another massive fave! I’ve had this for some time now and it’s always the shade I come back to when I want my eyes to really pop! The pictures literally don’t so this shade justice, it’s a really beautiful burnt orange with a lot of shimmer. MAC have such good colour pay off in their shadows, and the wear of their shadows is one to my recognised! Coppering definitely isn’t your everyday shade, however I love planning my evening outfits around this eyeshadow (is that weird?)
Last but definitely not least, it’s Cocoa Bear (MUG) I pretty much wear this eyeshadow every time that I wear makeup, I adore it! It’s a warm toned brown with burnt orange undertones. It’s a matte shade so I use this in my crease and really blend it out to create that 90’s grunge look. This eyeshadow just helps me create that effortless look easily, as it’s so creamy and blendable! I love using this as my crease colour with Coppering, they’re just the dream combination!
From Top : Bitten (MUG), Cherry Cola (MUG), Coppering (MAC), Cocoa Bear (MUG).
My palette is yet to be completed, so please if you have any eyeshadow pans that you LOVE, please let me know, it’s literally a life goal to have this palette completed so that I can stare at it and appreciate it!
Hope you enjoyed this post!
